Which Instagram accounts work?
Business and Creator accounts. Instagram doesn't allow publishing to personal accounts through its API.
Can I edit a post before it goes out?
Yes. Every post opens in an editor with a live preview, with four tabs: Template, Style, Image and Text. Change the template, colors, photo, tint and every word. Nothing is published until you choose Publish now or schedule it.
What is the difference between Basic and Professional?
Basic is free and unlimited on every plan: 50 templates in your brand colors, for posts and carousels. Professional is for the posts that matter most: 50 ready-made campaign designs for industries such as shops, restaurants, fitness and real estate, with badges, price strips and buttons. It costs 10 credits per post, charged only when the post is made. Professional is single image posts for now.
Do I pay if I only look at the Professional designs?
No. Browsing the designs and the live preview are free. Credits are only used when a Professional post is made.
Does the AI get prices and accents right in Professional posts?
Yes. The AI writes only the words. The text is then drawn exactly as written, so prices, offers and accents are never altered by an image model.
Can I choose the language and a blank post?
Yes. For each post you choose English or Português-BR, and whether to use a photo on every slide, one photo on all slides, or a Blank post with no photo.
Who writes the captions?
An AI model writes the first draft from your business description and tone. You can rewrite any of it.
Can the captions be in Portuguese?
Yes. When you create a post you choose English or Português-BR, and the AI writes the slides, caption and hashtags in that language. Each account also has a default content language.
How do Reels work, and what do they cost?
Upload an MP4 or MOV up to 50 MB. Each clip you ask for uses 10 credits from your monthly allowance.
Will it post without me?
Only at the time you set. You can also publish manually, one post at a time.
What is InstaLoad?
An AI content platform for any business or creator that wants to post on Instagram quickly and easily. You describe your business once; it writes captions and hashtags, designs on-brand posts and carousels, turns your videos into captioned Reels with an optional AI voice-over, and publishes to Instagram on the schedule you set.
What does it cost, and can I cancel?
Starter is $10 a month, Pro is $20 and Business is $50. You can also pay quarterly or yearly at a lower price per month. Plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for Reels and for Professional posts. Basic posts and carousels never use them. A Professional post uses 10 credits, charged only when the post is made. Starter includes 50 credits, Pro 100 and Business 400 for every month you pay for, and each Reel clip uses 10 (a little more with an AI voice-over). If a Reel fails, nothing is charged.
Is it safe to connect my Instagram account?
You sign in through Instagram's own login, so we never see your password. You can disconnect at any time, which erases the stored access, or delete the account's data from InstaLoad.
Where do the photos come from?
From a free stock photo library, or you can upload your own.
Is the content labelled as AI?
Everything is AI-assisted and reviewed by you before it is published. AI voices in Reels are marked as AI in the app, and you are responsible for telling your audience where the law or Instagram's rules require it.
Which plan should I choose?
Every plan includes the editor, brand kit, posts, carousels, Reels, scheduling and publishing. The differences are how many Instagram accounts you can connect (1, 3 or 5) and how many Reel credits you get each month (50, 100 or 400).
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Sign in with Google and you get 7 days and 3 posts to try InstaLoad, with no card. A post can be Basic or Professional. Reels are not part of the trial. When the 7 days or the 3 posts are used up, choose a plan to keep going. Each person gets one trial.
