How credits work
Basic posts and carousels never use credits. Credits pay for Professional posts (10 each, charged only when the post is made) and Reels, and you get them with every month you pay for. Paying quarterly or yearly gives you all those months of credits at once.

Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Sign in with Google and you get 7 days and 3 posts to try InstaLoad, with no card. A post can be Basic or Professional. Reels are not part of the trial. When the 7 days or the 3 posts are used up, choose a plan to keep going. Each person gets one trial.
Can the captions be in Portuguese?
Yes. When you create a post you choose English or Português-BR, and the AI writes the slides, caption and hashtags in that language. Each account also has a default content language.
How do Reels work, and what do they cost?
Upload an MP4 or MOV up to 50 MB. Each clip you ask for uses 10 credits from your monthly allowance.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for Reels and for Professional posts. Basic posts and carousels never use them. A Professional post uses 10 credits, charged only when the post is made. Starter includes 50 credits, Pro 100 and Business 400 for every month you pay for, and each Reel clip uses 10 (a little more with an AI voice-over). If a Reel fails, nothing is charged.
Will it post without me?
Only at the time you set. You can also publish manually, one post at a time.
Which Instagram accounts work?
Business and Creator accounts. Instagram doesn't allow publishing to personal accounts through its API.
