Terms of Service

InstaLoad generates Instagram posts, carousels and Reels with the help of AI, lets you edit them, and publishes them to Instagram accounts you connect. It is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You may only connect Instagram accounts you own or are allowed to manage.

You own the content you upload and the content you create with InstaLoad, as far as the law and third-party rights allow. AI output may contain mistakes or resemble other content, so you must review it. You are responsible for everything you publish, including that it follows Instagram's rules and the law, and that you have the rights to the photos, videos, music and voices you use.

Reels with music: you confirm you have the rights to use any music you add. Reels with an AI voice: you are responsible for telling your audience that the voice is AI, where the law or Instagram's rules require it.

You give us permission to process your content to provide the service (including sending it to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy).

Do not use InstaLoad for anything illegal, deceptive, hateful, infringing, or that breaks Instagram's terms; do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Paid plans renew automatically every month, every three months or every year, depending on the period you choose, until you cancel. Prices are shown in US dollars on the English site and in Brazilian Reais on the Portuguese site, and you pay in the currency shown. Longer periods are charged in advance at a lower price per month.

Reel credits are included with every plan, and the amount depends on the plan. They are granted when each payment is received (all the months of the period at once) and are used when you create Reels. A Reel that fails does not use credits.

You can cancel at any time in the billing portal or by writing to support@instaload.app; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled according to the law that applies to you (for example, the right to withdraw within 7 days of an online purchase in Brazil).

InstaLoad depends on services such as Instagram, which can change or fail; we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that every post will publish. We may change features and prices with notice, and a change to the price of your current period will not apply until your next renewal.

You can stop using InstaLoad and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses.
