Data deletion
You can delete your InstaLoad data at any time. Here are the ways to do it.
Delete an Instagram account's data yourself
In InstaLoad, open Accounts, choose the Instagram account and use “Delete account”. This permanently deletes its posts, Reels, brand settings and stored files. “Disconnect” instead only removes our access to Instagram and keeps your content.
Remove InstaLoad from Instagram
In Instagram, go to Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove InstaLoad. We then disconnect the account and erase the stored access token. If you also ask Instagram to delete your data, it tells us and we delete that account's data from InstaLoad.
Delete your whole InstaLoad account
Write to support@instaload.app from the email address you signed in with, and ask us to delete your account. We delete your account, content and files, and cancel your subscription. We keep only what the law requires us to keep (for example, payment records).
Posts already on Instagram
Posts we published are on your Instagram account. Delete them in Instagram if you want them gone.
