Privacy Policy
InstaLoad helps you create and publish Instagram content. This page explains what information we handle, why, who receives it and what choices you have. Questions: support@instaload.app.

What we collect
Account: your name and email address from Google when you sign in, and the plan you choose.
Instagram: when you connect an Instagram Business or Creator account we receive its ID, username and an access token that lets us publish on your behalf. The token is stored encrypted. We never see your Instagram password.
Your content: the business description and brand settings you enter, the posts, carousels and Reels you create, photos and videos you upload, and music files you add to Reels.
Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We keep the plan, billing period and subscription status, not your card number.
Technical: a sign-in cookie, a language cookie and your light or dark theme choice, which are needed for the site to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
Visits: to understand how the site is used we count page views without cookies. We use your IP address once, to work out your country and to make a one-way daily code that counts you once per day. The IP address itself is not stored, and the code cannot be traced back to you or followed across days. We ignore the request if your browser sends Do Not Track.
How we use it
To generate captions, hashtags, designs and Reels you ask for, to show them to you, to publish them to your Instagram account at the time you choose, to run your subscription, and to keep the service secure and working.
AI-generated content is a draft for you to review. Nothing is published until you publish it or schedule it.
Who receives your information
Meta (Instagram): to connect your account and publish what you choose.
Google: to sign you in.
AI providers: the text you enter and the content being created are sent to an AI model provider (Anthropic) to write captions and designs. For Reels, the audio of your video is sent to a speech provider (OpenAI) to be transcribed, and the voice-over text is sent to a speech provider (OpenAI) to create the AI voice.
Stripe: to take payments.
Pixabay: your photo search terms, when you search the stock photo library.
Hosting: our servers are in Germany (Hetzner), and files are stored with an S3-compatible object storage provider (Hetzner Object Storage).
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your content and account while you have an account, so you can edit and correct it. Uploaded source videos are kept so that Reel captions can be corrected, until you delete the Reel or the Instagram account in InstaLoad, or you delete your account.
When you disconnect an Instagram account, we erase the stored access token. When you delete an Instagram account in InstaLoad, we delete its posts, Reels, brand settings and stored files. Posts already published on Instagram stay on Instagram; delete them there.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your information, and object to or limit some uses, under the Brazilian LGPD, the GDPR and similar laws. Most of it you can do yourself in the app (edit content, disconnect or delete an account). For anything else, or to delete your whole InstaLoad account, write to support@instaload.app.
You can also remove InstaLoad from your Instagram settings (Apps and websites). When you do, we disconnect the account and, if Instagram sends us a deletion request, we delete its data. See the Data deletion page.
Children
InstaLoad is for businesses and creators, not for people under 18.
