Connect Instagram safely
You connect your account with Instagram's own login screen. InstaLoad never sees your password. You can disconnect the account at any time, and you can also delete an account's data from InstaLoad.

You need a Business or Creator account
Instagram does not allow publishing to personal accounts through its API, so InstaLoad works with Business or Creator accounts. If yours is personal, you can switch it inside Instagram.
- Open Instagram and go to Settings.
- Find the account type option, which Instagram may label as switching to a professional account.
- Choose Business or Creator and follow the prompts.
- Return to InstaLoad and connect the account.

Publish now or schedule
When a post, carousel or Reel is ready, you have two choices. Publish now shows a confirmation step first, so a stray click does not post. Or pick a date and time and InstaLoad publishes it then.
There are no universal best times. Try different days and hours, and compare how your own audience responds. InstaLoad does not include analytics, so use Instagram's own tools for that.

See your week
A week view lists what is scheduled and when, so you can spot an empty day or two posts that are too close together. There is no month calendar view. You can open any scheduled item to edit it.

Nothing goes out by itself
InstaLoad never publishes anything until you publish or schedule it. AI drafts stay drafts until you approve them. Scheduling and publishing are included in every plan, and Reels use monthly credits.
Questions
Does InstaLoad see my Instagram password?
No. You connect through Instagram's own login, so your password is entered on Instagram and not shared with InstaLoad.
Can I connect a personal Instagram account?
No. Instagram only allows publishing to Business or Creator accounts through its API. You can switch a personal account to one of those in Instagram's settings.
Can I stop InstaLoad's access later?
Yes. You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time, and you can delete an account's data from InstaLoad.
Is there a month calendar?
No. InstaLoad has a week view of scheduled posts. It does not have a month calendar.
