Instagram content for cafes

A cafe sells an atmosphere as much as a drink, and Instagram is where people check it before they visit. InstaLoad helps you keep the account active: describe the idea in a sentence, get a caption and a designed post or carousel, then schedule it for the week.

Post ideas

  1. Drink of the week

Feature one drink, say what is in it and how long it stays on the menu. A recurring slot like this gives followers something to expect.

  2. Menu walk-through

A carousel with one slide per section: coffee, other drinks, food, sweets. New visitors can decide before they arrive.

  3. Opening hours and how to find us

Post your hours, address and a landmark that helps people find you. Update it whenever the hours change for a holiday.

  4. Behind the bar

Explain how you make one drink or where your beans come from. Keep it simple and honest about what you actually do.

  5. A place to work or meet

Tell people what the space is good for: quiet mornings, group tables, plugs and Wi-Fi if you have them. Only mention what is true.

  6. Event or workshop night

Announce a tasting, a book club or live music, with the date, the time and how to reserve a spot.

  7. Customer favorites

Ask your team what people order most and make a post of their top picks. It is based on what staff see at the counter, not on numbers.

An example week

  1. Monday

Opening hours and how to find us, for the new week.

  2. Tuesday

Drink of the week, single image with a short description.

  3. Wednesday

Behind the bar: carousel on how one drink is made.

  4. Thursday

Event announcement for the weekend, with how to reserve.

  5. Friday

Customer favorites picked by the team.

What to post as a cafe

Think about the questions a new customer asks before coming: what is on the menu, is it a good place to sit and work, when are you open. Answer those clearly and you have a month of posts.

Then add recurring slots, such as a drink of the week. Repeating a format means you spend less time deciding what to post.

How InstaLoad helps

After you describe your cafe and set your brand kit (colors, font, tone), each post starts from one line, like "New autumn drink: spiced latte, available until end of November". The AI writes the caption and hashtags and designs the post. For a menu or a how-to, it can build a carousel of up to 10 slides.

You can choose among 50 templates and brand color schemes, and the preview in the editor matches what is published. If you set the content language of the account to English or Brazilian Portuguese, captions are written in that language.

What to watch out for

A cafe lives on real photos of the space and the drinks. Take a few good ones, upload them, and use stock photos only to fill in.

InstaLoad does not include analytics or Stories, so judge what works by how customers react in person and in replies. Reels are included in every plan and use monthly credits.

Questions

Can I post my menu as a carousel?

Yes. Give InstaLoad the sections and items, and it builds a carousel of up to 10 slides that you can edit slide by slide.

Will the posts match my cafe's look?

Your brand kit sets colors, font and tone of voice, and the editor lets you pick templates, backgrounds and photo overlay. You can change any text or design choice before publishing.

How do I avoid posting at a bad time?

InstaLoad does not give best-time numbers. Try different days and hours for a few weeks and compare how your own customers respond, then schedule accordingly.

Can I manage more than one cafe location?

The Starter plan includes 1 Instagram account, Pro includes 3 and Business includes 5. Each account has its own content language and posts.
