Instagram content for florists

A florist's best content is already on the workbench: new arrangements, seasonal stems, finished bouquets. InstaLoad turns a short idea into a caption and a designed post or carousel, so you can schedule around occasions without opening a design tool.

Post ideas

  1. Bouquet of the week

Show one arrangement, list the flowers in it and say how to order it. Photographing it before it leaves the shop is enough.

  2. Occasion calendar reminder

Remind customers a week ahead of Mother's Day, Valentine's Day or other dates when they usually send flowers, and say when your order deadline is.

  3. How to make flowers last

A carousel of care tips, one per slide: trimming stems, fresh water, where to place the vase. Only share tips you actually follow.

  4. What is in season

Tell people which flowers are at their best right now and what colors you have available. It helps customers who do not know what to ask for.

  5. Wedding and event work

Show an event you decorated, explain what the process looks like from first message to delivery, and say how far ahead to book.

  6. Gift ideas by situation

Suggest what to send for a birthday, a new baby, an apology or a thank you. People often know the occasion but not the arrangement.

  7. Delivery and pickup details

Spell out your delivery area, cut-off times for same-day orders and how to pick up. Clear logistics prevent last-minute questions.

An example week

  1. Monday

What is in season this week, with colors available.

  2. Tuesday

Carousel: five ways to make cut flowers last.

  3. Wednesday

Gift ideas by situation, one idea per slide.

  4. Thursday

Bouquet of the week, with how to order.

  5. Friday

Delivery and pickup details for the weekend.

What to post as a florist

Flower buying is tied to dates, so plan your posts around them. Post the reminder early enough that people can still order, and state your deadline.

Between occasions, post useful things: care tips, what is in season, how ordering works. They make the account worth following when nobody is buying a gift that week.

How InstaLoad helps

You describe your shop and pick your brand kit, then type an idea such as "Mother's Day order deadline is Thursday, delivery within the city". The AI writes the caption and hashtags and lays out the post. For care tips, it can build a carousel of up to 10 slides.

Use your own bouquet photos for products and the stock library for general topics such as care tips. You can change templates, fonts, colors and photo overlay, and the preview matches what is published.

03

What to watch out for

Do not show a stock photo as an arrangement a customer can order. They will expect to receive what they saw.

InstaLoad has no month calendar view, so keep your occasion dates in your own planner and use the week view to check what is scheduled. It does not include Stories or analytics.

Questions

Can I schedule posts ahead of busy dates?

Yes. Pick a date and time for each post and it publishes then, as long as your Instagram account is connected. You can see the scheduled posts in a week view.

Can I use photos of my own bouquets?

Yes, you can upload your photos and use them in single-image posts or carousel slides. The free stock library is there as a fallback.

Can I add my shop logo?

InstaLoad does not support logo upload at the moment. The brand kit covers colors, font and tone of voice, and you can add your name in the text of a slide.

Is Instagram login safe?

You connect through Instagram's own login, so InstaLoad never sees your password. You can disconnect at any time or delete the account's data.
