How to read this example
This is an illustrative example of a week for a fictional fitness coach. It is not a real customer and it does not promise results. Adapt every idea to your own clients, your voice and your services.
The plan uses five posts, one for each working day. If you can post less often, keep the order and drop one.
Set your brand kit first in InstaLoad: colors, font and tone of voice, plus a short description of your coaching. Then each topic below is one line you type.
02
Monday: a quick tip post
Start the week with something useful and short. Topic to type: one warm-up habit people skip.
Caption idea: open with the habit, give one sentence on why it matters, and end with a question like 'Which one do you skip?'. In InstaLoad, make it a single 4:5 image post, check the caption in the preview and edit as needed.
03
Tuesday and Wednesday: a myth and a plan
Tuesday, a myth post. Topic: a common belief about training that you disagree with. Caption idea: state the myth, then explain what you tell your clients instead. Keep claims modest and avoid promises about results.
Wednesday, a carousel with a simple workout. Topic: a 20-minute home routine for beginners. In InstaLoad, ask for a carousel and the AI builds up to 10 slides, one exercise per slide. Choose a photo per slide from the free stock library or your own uploads. Caption idea: invite people to save it for later.
If you have a longer workout video, InstaLoad can also cut short vertical Reels from it, with captions burned in.
04
Thursday and Friday: motivation and a call to book
Thursday, a motivation post. Topic: why showing up on a low-energy day counts. Caption idea: a short, honest note in your tone of voice, no hype. Pick a template with a strong photo and increase the text size so it reads at a glance.
Friday, a post that invites people to work with you. Topic: how your coaching works and who it suits. Caption idea: describe the first step, such as sending a message to book an intro call. Put your contact route in the caption and your link in your profile.

Turn the week into a routine
Make all five in one sitting, then schedule each for its day. The week view in InstaLoad shows your lineup in one place. Nothing is published until you publish or schedule it.
- Type each topic and let the AI draft the caption, hashtags and design.
- Edit the text, template, colors and photos until the preview looks right.
- Add your location and brand hashtags by hand if you use them.
- Schedule each post for the date and time you want.
- Review the week afterwards in Instagram's own numbers, since InstaLoad has no analytics.
Questions
Is this a real fitness coach's week?
No. It is an illustrative example, like the example businesses shown on the InstaLoad site. Use it as a pattern and replace the topics with your own.
Can I make all five posts on the Starter plan?
Yes. Basic posts, carousels, the editor and scheduling are in every plan and never use credits. Reels are in every plan too and use monthly credits.
Can I post workout videos with InstaLoad?
You can upload a video and the AI picks short vertical clips to turn into Reels. Each clip uses 10 credits from your monthly credits.
Do I have to write the captions myself?
No. The AI drafts the caption and hashtags from your topic, and you can edit every word before publishing or scheduling.
